The integration module for automatic sales order processing contains all the necessary intelligence and variable controls to fully process incoming sales orders digitally and automatically in the ERP transaction system. (Semi)manual processing by a sales support team or customer service department has become unnecessary.
From any source – an email inbox, file folder, or directly from an application such as a webshop or marketplace – a sales order in any desired digital format, such as PDF, XML, CSV, EDIFACT, JSON, etc., can be processed by the integration module. Notifications are emailed to the sales support team/employee. Information regarding the processing is displayed in task and dashboard views or in a ‘Digital Control Tower’.
