Dovetail controls and processes personal data of employees, customers and relations in various (information) systems. This processing takes place for various reasons, such as on the basis of legal and/or contractual obligations, on the basis of the employer-employee relation, due to business interests, or at the request of the party involved. Dovetail processes personal data in accordance with the applicable national / international law and legislation, contracts with customers and suppliers, agreements with the employee representative, and the policy of Dovetail.
Security personal data
Dovetail treats personal data confidentially and with the utmost care. Any stored personal data will be accessible exclusively by Dovetail employees insofar this is necessary for their function. Dovetail secures its data against loss and/or against any form of unlawful use or unlawful processing. To this end, Dovetail uses suitable technological and organisational measures considering the current state of technology. However, Dovetail is not liable for any consequences of making information available to Dovetail.
Data provision to third parties

Data processing in practice
Written electronic communication is stored for as long as the receiver decides to store the message. It is also possible that specific messages are stored permanently. Also, (federated) users of Instant Messaging should assume that conversations, conference calls, shared screens or audio conversations are stored by Dovetail and/or its employees. Dovetail employees are pointed out that the identity (and legitimate presence) of the participants will be verified during confidential conversations (albeit not continuously). Each participant to this exchange of messages has the right to prohibit registration and/or recording and to leave the conversation.

If you visit the website or application or the application of a third party by using a digital service of Dovetail, the general conditions and privacy regulations of the partner in question applies. You are advised to consult the privacy statement of this third party.

Dovetail processes personal data when users make use of its services and/or because the user provides it with this data. Special and/or sensitive personal data as meant by the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act will not be processed. Dovetail processes personal data for quality improvements to the website, performing its services, informing on changes in services and products, improved alignment of products and services with user preferences, and for sending its newsletter and/or advertising brochure.
Storing personal data
